Responsibilities:

Team Management:

  • Build / manager a team of business development executives, lead generators to achieve the company’s client acquisition and revenue goals
  • Provide the frontline sales team the support they need to open new accounts and service existing accounts
  • Seek accountability, ownership and result orientation from each team member
  • Train, motivate and enthuse the sales team regularly and set high standards

Individual Contribution:

  • Research for companies on the internet, social media, personal contacts, personal visits etc. that employ substantial staff and may be in need of training.
  • Get in touch with the right people in those companies via phone, email or in person visit and effectively market our offerings
  • Go and meet them or set up meetings for our senior members to meet the clients to discuss their training needs.
  • Prepare proposals and presentations
  • Manage the client engagement process right through to execution of training programmes
  • Feed the market information incl. competitor activities back to the company management and participate in enhancing company’s offerings.
  • Participate in new service creation
  • Work with other functions to create synergies

Desired Skills & Competencies:

  • You should have prior experience of selling training services or any other products/ services to companies, preferably to the HR community
  • You should have a reasonable network in at least one industry (e.g. IT, Manufacturing etc.)
  • You should know the sales process of selling to companies (B2B) right from prospecting to closure, and understand the decision making process in companies
  • You must carry the sales discipline and manage your time well
  • You must be result oriented and ruthless in your determination to succeed
  • You must be presentable and carry exceptional English communication skills
  • You must have exceptional team management and leadership skills
  • You must be a team player and carry positive attitude
  • You carry out-of-the-box thinking attitude.

Marketing Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • This role will be primarily responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans the organization in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
  • Determine marketing budgets and targets
  • Co-ordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities and analyse the effectiveness of  marketing efforts to the effectiveness of sales campaigns
  • Manage marketing, advertising and promotional activities and take steps to measure, enhance, and enrich the position and image of a company
  • Showcasing a company in a positive light, showing why customers should purchase products and drawing in a targeted audience to consider goods and services
  • Develop case studies for promotional activities
  • Organize and manage events and seminars to create awareness about company’s services and widen the prospects network
  • Identify new opportunities to engage with existing and new clients
  • Build marketing materials, social media and advertising, determining how successfully these can target prospective customers and generate sales

Content Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage content for the company’s training programmes
  • Be the owner and single point of contact for all content related activities including identification of freelance, external content developers and getting work done from them.
  • Participate in discussions with clients prior to engagement to understand the requirement and design the curriculum and content accordingly
  • Transfer the content and knowledge to external or internal trainers, who would be delivering the training to clients and be their point of contact during programme delivery
  • Participate in consulting engagements related to the field of your expertise including but not limiting to training need analysis, employee engagement, learning & development, assessment and development centres etc.
  • Work with the company management to create strategy for future business growth, marketing strategy and brand positioning
  • Provide the necessary support to the sales team for creating new training programme outlines and for articulating our offerings to potential clients by focusing on the company’s strengths and expertise
  • Assist in preparing training proposals to corporate and other clients
  • Work seamlessly with consulting, Solutioning, operations and sales teams to achieve a common goal
  • Taker initiative in developing alternative content building and dissemination strategies on cloud, mobile, blended learning etc.
  • Demonstrate leadership at all times by taking the team along and by taking key initiatives that will benefit the organization
  • Perform any other delegated tasks

Desired Skills and Competencies:

  • Prior experience of working in a similar industry/function/role is desirable.
  • Understand content management frameworks, scientific tools and the global processes used to develop training content – in instructor led, online, blended learning space.
